PocketBook 613 hängt bei Firmwareupdate

Hi,

hopefully somebody here can help me.

The board search, Google and the PocketBook website as well as the device manual didn’t help me with my problem.

I tried to update a PocketBook 613 with Firmware 3.3. The Device is stuck at “Updating Software” and does not answer to any input anymore for hours now.

The Power button (like any other button) does not do anything.

“Reset” causes the display to flicker once but doesn’t change anything.

Does anybody know how I could reset the device to factory settings? Any other ideas?
