Reset Pocketbook 2

Hello everyone,

My grandmother has a Pocketbook Touch 2. She has unfortunately lost the password, but when I entered her e-mailadresses on the official website, she didn't get an e-mail. Is there a different way to just completely reset the e-reader/account?
