PB628 password reset in diag boot or somehow

Hi,

I've a motherboard faulty Pocketbook PB628.
I've found a motherboard, but seller has written that application is locked with unknown password.
Could I reset it in diag mode (if it has it similar like Kindle - serial port, Enter, etc.) or with fw update?
